Policies and Procedures

  1. Retreats must have 10 people with 2 nights stay.  Maximum is 16.

  2.  To secure your retreat reservation you must pay a deposit of $250.  This gets your group on the calendar and will be applied to retreat fees when you finalize payment.

  3. Deposit is non-refundable within 60 days of retreat.

  4. Each person attending retreat must pay $100 of their retreat fee at least 45 days prior to retreat.

  5. The balance of retreat fee is due upon arrival.

  6. Arrival time is 10 AM and Check-out is 2 PM

  7. No smoking inside building allowed.
